Before SOAKD, Daniel spent more than two decades working in high-risk construction environments. He managed safety on complex sites where one mistake could end a career, shut down a project, or worse. During those years, he watched exterior cleaning contractors arrive on site after site with no safety plans, no method selection, no understanding of the surfaces they were about to clean, and no appreciation for the damage they were about to cause.
Roof tiles stripped of their protective coatings by excessive pressure. Rendered walls scarred by operators who did not know the difference between a softwash and a pressure blast.
