“The result speaks for itself. The roof is clean, the windows are sparkling, the driveway looks new. Daniel explained what he was going to do, did exactly that, and the result speaks for itself. We have already booked our annual clean.”

Homeowners and managers who trust SOAKD
No paid actors. No re-typed reviews. Just what clients said after the job was done.
“Within four months of working with SOAKD, we had a scheduled program running across all sites with zero missed appointments and full compliance documentation. We stopped chasing. We started trusting.”
What blocked gutters actually cost you
Most homeowners find out the hard way - after a storm, not before. A $300 clean avoids a $30,000 repair.
Water under the roof
Overflowing gutters force water under tiles and into wall cavities. The leak shows up months later in a ceiling stain, warped timber, or blown plaster. Expensive and slow to fix.
Ember strike in summer
In bushfire-prone NSW suburbs, dry leaf-filled gutters are the #1 ember-strike ignition source for home losses. RFS recommends clean gutters before every fire season.
Fascia rot + rust
Standing water in blocked gutters rots timber fascia and rusts metal brackets. Once the fascia fails, the whole gutter system comes down - now you are replacing, not cleaning.
Common questions
How often should gutters be cleaned? +
Twice a year minimum for most NSW properties - once before storm season (late winter to spring) and once after autumn leaf drop. Properties under heavy tree cover or near bushland should go quarterly.
What if my gutters are too high? +
We are Working-at-Heights qualified and carry our own harness system. Two and three-storey homes, steep roofs, and awkward access are standard for us. No extra charge for height - we quote the job, not the rung of the ladder.
Do you handle gutter guards? +
Yes. Gutter guards still accumulate leaf debris on top and sludge underneath. We remove the guard mesh where needed, clear the gutter, and reseat the guard. If we find damage we flag it in the completion photo report.
What is in the photo report? +
Every gutter run, downpipe and valley photographed before and after. Condition notes on rust, sagging, poorly-fitted guards, or fascia rot. You get the whole report emailed the same day so you know the job was done properly.
